At Anamta Essentials, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect size/color selected by the customer

  • Used, washed, or altered items

2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Requests after 48 hours will not be entertained.

3. Evidence Requirement

To process your return request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Original packing and invoice

Requests without evidence may be rejected.

4. Return Approval Process

  • Once your request is reviewed, we will inform you whether it is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, return instructions will be shared.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Store Credit

    • Original payment method (where applicable)

⏳ Refund processing time: 5–10 working days after approval.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error was from our side.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
